WHATS GOING ON
Our Giles Subaru Service Center has a strong team and were looking for a bright outgoing individual to support our service advisors.
WHAT DO YOU GET
Competitive Pay: Entry-level role starting at $12/hour.

WHAT DO YOU DO
Engage with customers and understand their needs
Support service advisors throughout the customer experience
Answer inbound service calls
Notify customers about recalls and parts arrivals
Follow up on service experiences
Scan service tickets
Provide receptionist coverage as needed
Participate in team/process improvement sessions
Learn service offerings and develop product knowledge
Build long-lasting customer relationships
Bring a positive energetic attitude daily
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive professional and hardworking demeanor
Strong computer skills
Valid drivers license
