Job Summary

We are seeking a Bulk Plant Operator to support the delivery of high-quality services and materials to wellsite operations. The role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate blending and transportation of bulk products, in compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This position includes equipment operation, warehouse responsibilities, and participation in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Training is provided, and candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, and occasionally dusty outdoor environment.

Job Description

• Blend and mix bulk products according to job specifications.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and telehandlers.
  
• Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure cleanliness of bulk plant facilities.
  
• Coordinate movement of materials with logistics and service delivery teams.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage shipping/receiving documentation.
  
• Label and store chemical additives safely; handle disposal of empty containers.
  
• Assist with training of new team members and trainees.
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and participation in job risk assessments.

S kills Required

• Strong safety awareness and adherence
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems preferred
  
• Comfortable working independently and in team settings
  
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
  
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in dusty environments (~50% of time)
  
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
  
• No prior cementing experience required – full training provided
  
• Forklift operation experience required

Education

• High school diploma or GED;

Pay Rate

• $19 per hour and higher depending on experience

Additional Details

• Training provided: NEST Training (held in Kellyville), 3-Day LVT Course, On-the-job equipment and cementing training
• PPE Provided: Hard hat, safety glasses, FR gear (candidate must provide their own steel-toe boots if not supplied)
