Position Title: Clerical - Insurance Agent

Wage: $18.00/hour + Bonus Structure

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Clerical - Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and potential clients to ensure limit and coverage adequacy 
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients 
- Make outbound dials to follow-up on unsold quotes (UIQ) 
- Ask clients for referrals 
- Return any missed calls or voicemails 
- Generate leads and referrals 
- Assist with customers and potential customers who come into the agency 
- Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities 
- Participate in sales trainings, group and individual coaching, and agency events and activities 
- Adhere to the agency’s attendance policy 
- Keep a clean and organized workspace 
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations 
- Maintain an active Property and Casualty Insurance license in the State of Missouri 
- Represent yourself, the agency, and the brand in a positive manner o This includes: In the office, in the community, on Social Media

Requirements for Clerical - Insurance Agent:
- Comfortable on phones
- Good computer skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not necessary
- Friendly, motivated and good communication skills
- Able to acquire agent license
