You'll develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for US-based engineering, business development, and operations professionals interested in sustainable technology careers, create employer branding campaigns that resonate with American values of innovation, entrepreneurship, and environmental leadership, and establish recruitment processes that attract top US talent to international sustainable technology projects. Your responsibilities include designing onboarding and integration programs for US professionals joining global teams, creating performance management systems that align with American results-oriented workplace culture, and developing professional development frameworks that support US career advancement expectations and entrepreneurial aspirations.
