• This Internship Program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge to become a Farmers agency owner while working for an existing Farmers agency owner.
• The Intern Agency Producer can learn from an experienced industry professional as well as have access to the award-winning University of Farmers training program that is designed to help enhance knowledge and introduce tools that may help the Intern Agency Producer grow as a business owner should he or she one day own their own Farmers agency.
• If the Intern Agency Producer meets all applicable eligibility requirements, they will have the opportunity to become an agency owner.

• You will be able to identify and connect with different learning styles which will help you better align with a clients or prospects needs.
• With true hands-on experience, you will be able to analyze return on investments (ROIs) and with assistance can make your own business decisions.
• You are also expected to learn different marketing techniques and see how they impact the growth of a future small businesses. You can also expect to develop customer service, marketing, entrepreneurship, and sales skills.

• Active property, casualty, life, and health licenses.
• Achieve a minimum of $100,000 in New Business Gross Folio Premium (GFP) within 12 months after their start date as a Intern Agency Producer (agency producer series only). The premium must be written in the Intern Agency Producers producer code.
• Successfully complete the University of Farmers Intern Agency Producer training program.
