Jr. Business Analyst – Healthcare Finance Operations

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business results and operational excellence? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Jr. Business Analyst to join our healthcare finance operations team. This role is key to optimizing revenue cycle performance through data-driven decision-making, scalable reporting solutions, and process improvements.

About the Role

As a Jr. Business Analyst , you will design and maintain automation solutions, develop high-integrity dashboards, and translate complex business problems into actionable strategies. Your insights will help improve billing accuracy, cash collections, and reduce bad debt — ultimately maximizing financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable automation solutions to streamline financial operations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and manage reliable dashboards and metrics
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable analytical plans
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in revenue cycle processes
• Build forecasting models using historical data to enhance financial outcomes
• Implement metrics dashboards to monitor performance trends, payment patterns, and denial activities

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL or ETL tools for data querying and transformation
• Strong experience with data visualization platforms like QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Proven ability to define business requirements and extract insights from data
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

• 1+ years experience in healthcare, preferably in revenue cycle operations
• Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics
