Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with KFC standards and policies.
• Lead and support a team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, food safety protocols, and customer concerns.
• Oversee financial aspects like cash management and expenses.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies and brand image maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly during shifts; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Info

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. Expected starting pay ranges are:

• All locations: $12.00 to $22.00/hour
• Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00/hour
• New York: $16.00 to $19.00/hour
• New York City: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $15.00 to $17.00/hour
• Toledo, OH: $15.00 to $17.00/hour
