Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor | Weekly Pay + Benefits | $27-28/hour (based on experience)

OPPORTUNITY for Apartment Maintenance Supervisors!   

 

Do you enjoy managing a team? Do you have HVAC experience? Do you have maintenance knowledge & skills? We have the job for you! The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and the ability to lead a team to complete a service schedule. You will be able to complete any/all service requests, including HVAC & Pool repair.

 

Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common apartment service requests 
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and schedule large community maintenance projects
• Schedule apartment turns and maintenance
• Plumbing & electrical experience preferred 
• HVAC/Boiler Experience preferred 
• Change/repair light bulbs, locks 
• Must be able to install and repair appliances
• Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair 
• Ability to perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots 

 

Maintenance Supervisor Job Requirements  

• HVAC / EPA certification required  
• CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) preferred   
• Have dependable transportation to and from work 
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability 
• Ability and desire to complete community service projects quickly and efficiently 
• Ability to manage maintenance team
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed 
• Own a set of basic hand tools (ex – screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power Tools A PLUS!!
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. 
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
