The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing content, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events with a strong brand awareness. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute online & offline campaigns and events based on the team's overall goals; track, analyze and report the data-driven result of those campaigns and events. Reach potential users through various online & offline channels to achieve user growth. Produce high-quality content to activate user interest, enhance community as well as product engagement and stickiness. Identify new growth opportunities through surveys, research, and data analysis of user pain points and media habits. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maintain potential users, achieve conversions, and meet team goals. Qualifications: Chinese and English bilinguals. Mandarin required. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to candidates who graduate in December 2024 with a background in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Education, Business or related fields. Proficient in using Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent writing and communication skills. Proficient in video planning and post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus. Familiar with North American technology industry trends, job search, and interview processes is a plus. Legally authorized to work in the United States. This position may require up to 15-20% travel. This position requires work to be done in person and on site.
