Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral healthcare field with two (2) years' experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment required. Valid State of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW licensure with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.
