**Part-Time QA Engineer**

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Part-Time QA Engineer** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our web and app platforms are functional, reliable, and user-friendly. You’ll work closely with our developers, UI/UX designers, and digital marketing team to test new features, spot issues early, and support clean product launches.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
* Test all new features, bug fixes, and integrations before release
* Perform end-to-end testing on web, mobile (Flutter), and back-end systems
* Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproducible steps
* Collaborate with developers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Maintain a QA checklist for recurring tests (regression testing)
* Participate in release cycles and sign off on production pushes
* Test API integrations (Stripe, BambooHR, Trulio, WhatToMine, Binance, etc.)
* Verify data flow across platforms (CRM, Accounting, KYC modules)
**Requirements:**
* 2–5 years of QA experience (web, mobile, APIs)
* Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices
* Hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub, and test case management tools
* Ability to perform manual testing; automation (e.g., Selenium) is a bonus
* Experience testing Flutter apps
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with crypto/fintech products a plus (not required)
**Bonus Points:**
* Prior work with behavioral analytics (e.g., Mouseflow)
* Experience testing Freshsales chatbot/Ai
**Compensation:**
* Negotiable, depending on location, deferred to 90 days post App launch date (estimated to occur in 4-6 weeks). The role transitions into a permanent hire thereafter.
* **Base Compensation:** Varies based on **experience, portfolio strength** (links must be functional), and **geographic location**.
* **Deferred Compensation Structure:** All development team compensation is **deferred until 60 days post-MVP launch**, ensuring alignment—everyone is incentivized to get to MVP as quickly as possible.
* **Milestone Bonuses:** **10% milestone bonus** awarded to every team member assisting with the MVP build-out.
* **Annual Performance Bonus:** Represents a **significant percentage** of total compensation.
