Proven Poke Co. offers Hawaii’s popular raw fish dish, poke, and other tropical treats and eats through a counter-serve, fast-casual restaurant. Our ideal candidate creates an awesome experience for our customers, while serving up ridiculously tasty food at an East Coast pace, paying careful attention to preparation and presentation and ensuring the restaurant is so clean it shines.

The job in a nutshell:

• Be knowledgeable of ingredients, menu and processes
• Hold guests at highest priority
• Take and create orders
• Pay careful attention to preparation and presentation of food
• Replenish food in serving stations
• Ensure restaurant is clean and fully stocked at all times
• Use our point of sale register
• Assist in prepping food in compliance with our procedures
• Help coach/train colleagues
• Delegate work during shifts
• Assist manager in running the operations of the store

Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter)
• Restaurant supervisor role experience; Fast-casual restaurant experience a plus
• Food handler or ServSafe certificate
