ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Kingsport, Tennessee.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• 36/36 or 36/48 schedule with every other weekend required
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• Required to float to other units as needed
\n• Patient ratio of 7:1 for all shifts
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Accepts first-time travelers
\n• Must have Med/Surg and Med/Surg Telemetry experience
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS preferred
\n• Must live 100 miles or more from the facility
\n• 24 hours of orientation with 16 hours non-billable
\n• General orientation begins on Sundays with online modules
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Required skills include accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, central line blood draws, colostomy care, feeding tube management, telemetry monitoring, IV management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
\n• Expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
\n• Hospital may cancel one shift biweekly without penalty based on census
\n• Drug test must be completed 12-14 days prior to start date
\n• Flu vaccination required with medical/religious exemptions only
