Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a Behavior Specialist to provide support in a school setting located in Newark, DE. This full-time contract position involves working onsite across multiple school sites, serving students from PreK through 12th grade, as well as individuals aged 18-21.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior support services to students across various locations.
• Travel between assigned school sites to meet the needs of diverse student populations.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote positive student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with students in PreK-12 and transition-age youth preferred.
• Ability to travel between school sites as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to implement behavior interventions effectively.

Location:

• Newark, Delaware
• Fully onsite work schedule
• Travel between multiple school sites during contracted hours

Employment Details:

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Position available through the end of the school year
