Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Conduct organization-wide needs assessments to identify skill gaps. Develop training plans and programs for business continuity. Create and maintain training schedules, track outcomes, and maintain records. Coordinate both in-house and external training logistics. Conduct new hire inductions on company policies and procedures. Manage administrative functions of internal training & align workplace skills plan with employment equity goals.
