Job Title: Validation Engineer
We're looking for a hands-on Validation Engineer to help test and improve vehicle hardware systems. You'll create and manage testing plans to make sure our vehicles meet quality and safety standards. This job involves working closely with engineers, test vendors, and compliance teams, and includes time spent at our test facility and main office.

What You'll Do:
Create and manage test plans for vehicle interior and exterior systems
Set testing standards (like how many samples to test and what type of data to collect)
Research and add new types of tests to improve vehicle performance
Update plans based on design changes or new safety requirements
Work with test vendors to plan and schedule tests
Review test procedures to make sure they meet standards
Help solve problems found during testing and document the fixes
Organize and manage test reports
Make sure all testing meets industry and legal certification requirements
Improve testing methods based on past results
Maintain a tool that helps estimate testing costs and challenge high supplier quotes
Design tools and fixtures for testing using CAD
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least one internship in an engineering or office setting
1-5 years of experience (automotive or similar industry preferred)
Experience with strength, fatigue, or durability testing is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with Jira is a bonus
